Another four and a half hours of driving. On the way out of Sandakan, we stopped by Sepilok to see orangutans at the sanctuary during feeding time. There were only 3 apes that came out and one busybody monkey stealing free bananas. Our sighting of orangutans in the wild yesterday was more rewarding. Reaching Semporna, we immediately arranged for a stay on one of the islands. That would be another post for you to find out where we will be, starting tomorrow.
