Here are some family pictures on the first day of Raya for the Baharum clan. Each family was colour-coordinated and we were lucky to have everyone in town this year to celebrate at the newly completed house in Hulu Langat.

Josh has not really grasped the concept of Raya, hence the Mickey Mouse hat. Ba and Mak on the front lawn where Mak wanted the picture to capture her blooming flowers.

Umar had a problem with wearing his songkok too. Kak Ida's family really blended well with the surroundings.

Kak went for the Deeparaya look and this year is Tia's first raya ever. As for Josh, at least we managed to get him to hold on to his songkok while the picture was taken.
All in all, it was a very private raya for us with only one visit to an open house during lunch. The most important aspect of the day for me was the immediate family. My parents were happy to see all of us together.
